For each transaction, ATXGV acquires a dedicated GPU cluster against a signed 36-month managed compute services agreement, colocates the hardware at a Tier III+ UK data centre, and delivers committed AI compute capacity as an operated service, rather than as a lease, preserving full expensing and short-life asset relief under UK capital allowances. The vehicle targets mid-market deployments (£400K–£2M per deal) where enterprise demand for dedicated, sovereign GPU capacity is under-served by hyperscalers and under-financed by traditional lenders, building a diversified portfolio of contracted, asset-backed cashflows with defined 36-month exits.
